My name is Michelle Woodall the owner and operator of Paws N' Stride.

Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up surrounded by them taught me early on how deeply animals enrich our lives—and how much they rely on us to support their health, comfort, and happiness. That foundation shaped everything that came next.

I spent ten years working in the pet department at Cowtown, where I gained hands‑on experience with canine nutrition, behavior, and everyday wellness. Those years gave me a front‑row seat to the needs of dogs and their owners, and they strengthened my passion for helping animals live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

In 2020, I earned my Equine Sports Therapy certificate, which opened the door to a new chapter. While working with horses, I discovered how much I loved the biomechanics, conditioning, and therapeutic side of animal care. That naturally led me to expand my work into the canine world—applying the same principles of movement, muscle health, and injury prevention to dogs. As I began working directly with dogs, my knowledge and appreciation for canine fitness grew even deeper.

Today, I bring together a lifetime of dog experience, a decade of pet‑industry knowledge, and specialized training in animal therapy to support dogs in feeling strong, confident, and capable. Whether it’s fitness, conditioning, or simply helping dogs enjoy movement in a safe and positive way, my goal is always the same: to help every dog thrive.
